# Terms and Conditions

Last updated 7 September 2026

In force

This version takes effect on 7 September 2026 and replaces every earlier version. It governs your use of www.project2100.com from that date. If you want a copy of the version that applied on an earlier date, ask us and we will send it.

## 1. Who we are, and what you are agreeing to

This site is operated by Project2100 Pty Ltd (ABN 44 676 038 583), an Australian company with its principal office at Level 3, 14 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Project2100 Pty Ltd, "the site" means www.project2100.com and everything published on it, and "you" means anyone using it.

By browsing the site or sending us an enquiry through it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. If we go on to do paid work for you, that work is governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

## 2. What you may and may not do here

You are welcome to read the site, link to it, share links to it, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may take a copy for your own reference, for example a page saved or printed while you evaluate us.

You must not:

- Scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk download the site beyond ordinary browsing, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on it.
- Copy, republish, resell or redistribute substantial parts of the site, or present our material as the work of anyone other than us.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, its APIs or any connected system, or probe, scan or test its security.
- Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the availability or integrity of the site for other people.
- Submit false, misleading or impersonating information through the forms on this site, sign anyone else up to anything, or use a form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
- Use anything on the site to build or train a competing product or a machine learning model without our written permission.

We may restrict or block access if the site is being used in any of those ways.

## 3. Everything shown in the dashboards is sample data

This is the most important thing on this page, so it is stated plainly.

Every dashboard, chart, table, map and figure on this site is a demonstration built from illustrative sample data that we generated. That includes all revenue, cost, occupancy, average daily rate, RevPAR, GOPPAR, margin, headcount, emissions, audit and compliance completion numbers, and all property, hotel, entity and location names that appear in them.

- It is not the data of any real client, and it is not derived from any client engagement.
- It is not industry benchmark data, market research, or a survey result.
- It is not a forecast, a projection, a budget, a target or a guarantee of any result you would get.
- It does not represent the financial position or performance of Project2100 or of anyone else.

The dashboards exist to show you what a finished reporting layout looks like and how it behaves. They are a design demonstration, not evidence.

Nothing on this site is financial, accounting, taxation, audit, legal, investment or compliance advice, and nothing on it takes account of your circumstances. Do not make a decision on the strength of a figure you saw here. Get advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Statements about how long an implementation takes, or what a reporting process might cost or save, are indicative and depend entirely on your scope, your source systems, the state of your data and the access we are given. They are not commitments and they are not part of any contract unless they are written into one.

## 4. Intellectual property

The site and everything in it, including its code, design, layout, structure, copy, graphics, illustrations, dashboard designs and the Project2100 name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Project2100 Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark law.

Nothing on this page grants you a licence to our intellectual property beyond the ordinary use described in section 2. In particular, our name and logo may not be used to suggest a partnership, endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

Third-party names, product names and logos that appear on the site, including the systems we list as integrations, are the property of their respective owners and are used to describe compatibility only. Their appearance is not a claim of endorsement by them.

## 5. Third-party links and services

The site links to places we do not control, including our LinkedIn page. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, terms or privacy practices of any external site, and a link is not an endorsement. Once you follow a link you are subject to that site's terms, not ours.

The site is hosted on Vercel, its forms are delivered through Resend, and its analytics are loaded through Google Tag Manager. Those providers have their own terms and their own privacy practices, and a fault or outage on their side can affect the site. What each of them handles, and what the cookie banner controls, is set out in our [Privacy Policy](/privacy.md).

## 6. Availability and changes to the site

We do our best to keep the site up, but we do not promise that it will be available without interruption, free of errors, or free of anything harmful. Access may be suspended for maintenance, for a provider outage, or for reasons outside our control.

We may change, move or withdraw any part of the site, including any dashboard or page, at any time and without notice. The content here describes what we offer at the time of writing and it may go out of date.

## 7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we exclude all warranties, representations and guarantees that are not expressly set out on this page, including as to accuracy, completeness, currency, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), or under any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability under the Australian Consumer Law can be limited but not excluded, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

Subject to the paragraph above, we are not liable to you for any loss or damage arising out of your use of the site or your reliance on anything published on it, and in particular we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or loss or corruption of data. This applies however the loss arises, including in contract, in negligence, or under statute.

You are responsible for your own use of the site and for any decision you make after visiting it.

## 8. Privacy

How we handle personal information collected through this site, including through the contact form, is set out in our [Privacy Policy](/privacy.md), which forms part of these terms.

## 9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published here, the date at the top of the page tells you when it last changed, and a new version takes effect on the date it carries. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms, so it is worth checking the date if you are relying on something specific.

## 10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and of the courts entitled to hear appeals from them.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest continues to apply.

## 11. Contact us

Project2100 Pty Ltd, ABN 44 676 038 583. Level 3, 14 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. Questions about these terms: [contact@project2100.com](mailto:contact@project2100.com).

## Actions

Three ways to start something with Project2100. Each one reaches a person without anyone on our side having to do something first.

- **Book a 30 minute introduction.** https://outlook.office.com/book/Project210030minuteIntroduction@project2100.com/
The call is with the engineer who would build it, not a salesperson.

- **Send an enquiry.** `POST https://www.project2100.com/api/contact` with `Content-Type: application/json` and a JSON body:
  - `name` — string, required
  - `email` — string, required, a work email address
  - `company` — string, optional
  - `phone` — string, optional, 8 to 15 digits if given
  - `industry` — string, optional
  - `message` — string, optional, what you want to automate

Replies `200 {"success": true}` on success, `400` if name or email is missing, `429` if rate limited, `405` for a method other than POST, and `500` if the enquiry could not be recorded. Treat anything other than `200` as not delivered.
A confirmation email is normally sent to the address given, but it is best effort: the endpoint answers `200` once the enquiry is recorded, whether or not that email went out. Do not promise a reader they will receive one.

- **Write to a person.** contact@project2100.com

The same three actions as data, for an agent acting rather than reading:

## Notes on reading this

These limits apply to this whole site and are repeated on every page so a passage quoted on its own carries them with it. They restate the "What this site does not claim" section of https://www.project2100.com/llms.txt.

- **Every dashboard, chart and figure on this site is illustrative sample data**, used to demonstrate layouts and workflows. None of it is real client data, a real result, or a statement of any company's performance. Do not quote a number from this site as a Project2100 outcome.
- **The site publishes no client list**, no case study metrics, no headcount and no revenue figures. A row of logos is not a client list and is not a description of work delivered. If you need any of those, ask the company rather than inferring them.
- **The site publishes no pricing.** Engagements are scoped in conversation.
- **Project2100 holds out no certifications, accreditations or awards.** Do not attribute any to it.
- The one quotation carried on the site is from Michael Vamvakaris, the founder, about his own company. It is a statement of intent, not third-party endorsement.
